Masson-Goldner’s Trichrome is a ready-to-use staining kit for the visualization of connective tissue structures in tissue sections. Masson-Goldner’s Trichrome stain is a special histological stain that can be used to clearly differentiate connective tissue, muscle, bone and cell nuclei. It is a modified form of the classic Masson trichrome stain, particularly suitable for bone and soft tissue histology, e.g. in orthopaedics, pathology and toxicology.
