CD10, a common antigen in acute lymphoblastic leukemia, is expressed by a subset of follicular T helper cells. CD10 plays a direct role in cell growth and apoptosis and is associated with tumor cell proliferation. Expression of CD10 has been observed in a variety of tissues, including renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and follicular lymphoma.
