Une coloration positive est observ\u00e9e dans les neurones du cerveau. Cet anticorps identifie les cellules neuroendocrines normales et les n\u00e9oplasies neuroendocrines. On observe une coloration cytoplasmique diffuse et finement granul\u00e9e, probablement en corr\u00e9lation avec la distribution de l&rsquo;antig\u00e8ne au sein des v\u00e9sicules neuros\u00e9cr\u00e9toires.
