L&rsquo;anti-Desmine r\u00e9agit avec les l\u00e9iomyomes, les l\u00e9iomyosarcomes, les rhabdomyomes, les rhabdomyosarcomes et les cellules p\u00e9rivasculaires des tumeurs glomiques de la peau. Cet anticorps est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les composants\/d\u00e9riv\u00e9s myog\u00e9niques des tumeurs. La desmine peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente dans les myofibroblastes et \u00eatre focalement positive dans les fibromatoses desmo\u00efdes.
