L&rsquo;anti-CD8 est un marqueur de cellules T utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les lymphocytes cytotoxiques\/suppresseurs. CD8 est \u00e9galement d\u00e9tect\u00e9 sur les cellules NK, certains thymocytes, certaines cellules nulles et les cellules de la moelle osseuse. Cet anticorps peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres marqueurs pour distinguer les cellules T r\u00e9actives des cellules T n\u00e9oplasiques. L&rsquo;expression de CD8 s&rsquo;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e n\u00e9gative dans le mycosis fongo\u00efde.
