L&rsquo;anti-CD30 d\u00e9tecte un \u00e9pitope r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la formaline exprim\u00e9 par les cellules de Reed-Sternberg dans le lymphome hodgkinien classique, la majorit\u00e9 des lymphomes anaplasiques \u00e0 grandes cellules, les troubles de la lymphoprolif\u00e9ration des cellules T primaires cutan\u00e9es CD30-positives et dans les carcinomes embryonnaires. Occasionnellement, le lymphome diffus \u00e0 grandes cellules B se colore avec cet anticorps.
