CD1a est principalement exprim\u00e9 dans les cellules dendritiques et les cellules corticales thymiques et est positif dans 70 % des thymocytes, mais n&rsquo;est souvent pas exprim\u00e9 dans les cellules thymiques pr\u00e9coces ou les cellules matures. Dans les tissus normaux, l&rsquo;anti-CD1a r\u00e9agit avec les thymocytes corticaux, les cellules de Langerhans, les cellules interdigitantes et de rares cellules pr\u00e9sentatrices d&rsquo;antig\u00e8nes du ganglion lymphatique. Une positivit\u00e9 CD1a a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;histiocytose \u00e0 cellules de Langerhans (histiocytose X)3 et dans un sous-groupe de lymphomes\/leuc\u00e9mies pr\u00e9-T lymphoblastiques (T-LBL\/L corticaux).
