Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un r\u00e9cepteur prot\u00e9ique tyrosine kinase transmembranaire qui peut former une prot\u00e9ine de fusion avec le g\u00e8ne de la prot\u00e9ine nucl\u00e9aire, la nucl\u00e9ophosmine (NPM). ALK peut \u00eatre active dans les cancers par diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes. L&rsquo;expression de la prot\u00e9ine par les cellules tumorales est un facteur pronostique ind\u00e9pendant qui pr\u00e9dit une \u00e9volution favorable. La coloration ALK est positive dans environ 60 % des lymphomes anaplasiques \u00e0 grandes cellules (ALCL).
