Dans les tissus normaux, ces anticorps pr\u00e9sentent une forte coloration nucl\u00e9aire pour un sous-groupe de lymphocytes B qui se trouvent principalement dans les centres germinaux (GC). Les anticorps BCL6 colorent les cellules malignes dans les lymphomes folliculaires, les lymphomes diffus \u00e0 grandes cellules B, les lymphomes de Burkitt, les lymphomes hodgkiniens classiques et la majorit\u00e9 des cellules tumorales dans les lymphomes hodgkiniens \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance lymphocytaire nodulaire.
