PD-1 et ses ligands (PD L1 et PD-L2) agissent comme une voie de signalisation de point de contr\u00f4le immunitaire en r\u00e9gulant l&rsquo;activation des cellules T et l&rsquo;auto-immunit\u00e9. Le PD-1 marque les lymphocytes T auxiliaires folliculaires et est donc un marqueur utile pour le lymphome \u00e0 cellules T angio-immunoblastique.
