In normal tissue, these antibodies show strong nuclear staining for a subset of B lymphocytes that are predominantly located in germinal centers (GC). BCL6 antibodies stain malignant cells in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, Burkitt lymphomas, classical Hodgkin lymphomas and the majority of tumor cells in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphomas.
